Meet The Owners
Alan Wade Hudson
ALAN W. HUDSON – With 30 years experience in multiple arenas of the construction industry, Alan has strengths in low, mid and high rise commercial construction, industrial buildings and systems, tenant build outs, medical office spaces, simulator facilities, TV studios, call centers, townhomes, condos, building conversions, hotels, fast food restaurants, and private island resort. Alan achieved his Class A Florida General Contractor’s license in 2004 and the license remains active and in use.
In 2001 to 2009, Alan was involved with the acquisition, development, budgeting, permitting, and construction of over 700 townhomes/condos/lofts within 20 communities of which 450 townhomes have been completed. In this role he facilitated projects from the land acquisition through construction and selling of the project.
Also, during this time and to fill a gap in a development phase, Alan and another partner started and operated a company that provided asbestos surveys, asbestos removal and demolition of structures on many development properties. This company also provided framing services on five townhome projects and 15 houses.
At the end of the development boom, Alan completed the renovation of a 1920’s Bread Factory into 33 loft units and a $50mil 133 Townhome development which he served as Owner’s Rep for the development and construction company.
After the economy crash, Alan and development partner started, developed and ran a hail damaged roofing business in Georgia and South Carolina. This included the development and use of a specialized/designed CRM using Salesforce. The processes and procedures developed allowed the installation of almost 1,000 roofs in less than 10 months.
2011, 2012 & 2013, Alan traveled on a weekly basis for the design, development, construction and completion of a 25 acre resort on a private island in Exuma, Bahamas. This procurement and logistics challenge included design of every aspect of the island including infrastructure, roads, marina, power plant, RO water system, pool, tennis court and 14 structures.
2014 - 2015, Alan is the construction manager on the design, development and construction of 1,500 acre estate for a highly confidential client as well as large expansion of the client’s business property.
During managing the 1,500 acre estate in Douglasville, GA, Alan successfully performed 125 full home rehabs for a national home acquisitions company in the Tampa Bay area.
2015 to current, Alan partnered up to develop, build and sell single family homes and townhomes with varying cost ranges in Tampa and St Petersburg, FL. Currently have several projects in various stages of development and construction.
2019 to 1st Quarter of 2022, Alan has also partnered up with a St Petersburg based shell contractor to manage the foundation, concrete, block and frame scopes of single family and multi-family projects. Completed 15 projects of different sizes various customers.
2022 to current, Alan partnered with a former business partner to manage the reconstruction business side of several ServPro locations out West.
Within the first year, reconstruction revenue went up 300% and profit margins increased by 10%.
Wrapping up a 2.5mil hurricane damage reconstruction project in Palm Island, FL. Started the project in early Spring on 2023 and will be complete at the end of the year.
Landed several 200+K plus projects in CO, a gym floor in Albuquerque and finalizing negotiations on a 1mil+ reconstruction project in Vail.
